Ask yourself some basic questions:
2) Do you know whether your relative qualifies for Adjustment of Status and/or Consular Processing?
3) Are you familiar with the term: “Stokes Interview?” Is it a good thing or a bad thing?
4) Do you know the difference between Removal, Exclusion/Deportation, Recission, or Judicial Proceedings?
If you are not comfortable with any of your answers. Consider hiring an attorney.
